How It Works

1. Tell Me Your Idea!

Have something in mind? Tell me what you're envisioning! Share your inspiration, preferred colors, size, budget, and any other details that might help bring your idea to life.

2. Let's Talk Details

Once I've reviewed your request, we'll discuss the project, pricing, and estimated timeline to make sure we're on the same page.

3. Let's Make It Official!

A deposit of 25–50% of the total price is required before I begin creating your piece. The exact amount depends on the project and will be confirmed before payment.

4. Time to Create!

Once everything is confirmed, I'll get to work! Every piece takes its own time, so turnaround times vary based on the size, materials, and complexity of the project. We'll agree on an estimated timeline before I begin.

5. The Final Reveal!

Once your piece is ready, we'll arrange final payment and delivery or shipping. Then it's all yours to enjoy!

Deposits & Cancellations

Every custom piece takes time, planning, and care, so a 25–50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your commission. The exact deposit amount will be confirmed before work begins and goes toward your total purchase price.

If you decide to cancel after confirming your commission and paying your deposit, the deposit will generally not be refunded.

If I'm unable to complete your commission, you'll receive a full refund of any payments made. If unexpected delays or changes come up, I'll reach out so we can discuss the best way forward.

The remaining balance is due before your completed artwork is shipped or delivered. All pricing, timelines, and project details will be confirmed before your commission begins.

This policy is subject to any refund rights required by applicable law.
